My husband and I moved in over the weekend. We weren't able to see the apt in advance but were pleasantly surprised! The make ready team did a great job. We love our apt. Adrianna has been a delight to work with. We didn't have hot water to the kitchen, but after putting in a maintenance request, Juan had it fixed promptly. So far we are very pleased with our decision to move here.

Have lived here for the past 7 months with my kids and honestly am very happy with my experience. Very communicative front office staff and a great maintenance team that handles issues quickly and efficiently. Also, they handled our snow Armageddon awesomely. Kept everyone informed with many emails and acted quickly with all issues. Seriously one of my favorite maintenance teams at an apartment complex. Thanks Juan for fixing my dishwasher!

Josie in the office is incredibly helpful and thoughtful with her responses to any questions we may have. She made moving in such and fun and smooth experience! Maintenance was quick to respond to work requests and were very friendly as well!
